竹炭吸附-微波辐射法去除糖蜜酒精废水中的COD 被引量:4

摘要 试验研究了竹炭类型、粒径、投加量、微波辐射功率与时间等因素对竹炭吸附-微波辐射法去除糖蜜酒精废水中COD效果的影响。结果表明:高温竹炭的吸附效果优于中温竹炭;竹炭粒径越小,废水COD去除效果越好;废水COD去除率随着微波辐射时间与功率的增大而增加;废水的初始COD浓度越大,COD去除率越大。正交试验表明(废水用量50 mL、COD初始浓度为540 mg/L):在振荡时间45 m in、竹炭投加量0.5 g、微波功率600 W、辐射时间4 m in时处理的效果最好,此时COD去除率可达84.98%。 EffeCt of particle size, amount, microwave power and irradiation time on COD removal from molasses alcohol wastewater by bamboo charcoal adsorption and microwave is experimentally studied. The results indicate that the high-temperature bamboo charcoal is more efficient in removal than the middle-temperature bamboo charcoal. The COD removal rate is increased with the particle size decreasing, but the initial COD concentration increasing, the microwave power and irradiation time increasing. When the initial COD concentration is 540 mg/L and the wastewater volume is 50 mL, the COD removal rate reaches 84.98% under the condition of the adsorption time of 45 min, the amount of high temperature bamboo charcoal of 0.5 g, the microwave power of 600 W and the irradiation time of 4 min.
