Respecting students' individual differences is one of the salient characteristics of Alberta education in Canada. Generally speaking, liberal atmosphere is very helpful for it; in terms of teaching arrangement, the strategies in elementary school are small - sized class, assistant teachers and volunteers, mix - grade teaching, group teaching, individual tutorship, flexible schoolwork, ete; strategies in secondary school are flexible grade, elective courses, special tests and curriculum. As for schoolwork, it is embodied in multiplicity, self-determination, cooperation; space for creativity, personal understanding, attending foregone experiences and individual summarizing, etc. These strategies result from magnitude of research. The daily quality of these strategies deserves our attention especially.
