摘要
目的:建立测定水中丙稀醛和丁烯醛的顶空气相色谱(HS-GC)测定方法。方法:水中的微量丙稀醛和丁烯醛经顶空提取后,应用DB-624大口径毛细管色谱柱,采用程序升温方式进行GC分析,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果:丙烯醛、丁烯醛的线性范围为6.2-500μg/L,最低检出浓度分别为3.3μg/L和4.4μg/L,r≥0.9998,水样加标回收率为102.0%-106.5%,RSD为1.2%-3.9%。结论:方法操作简便、灵敏度高,适用于饮用水中丙稀醛和丁烯醛的检测。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of acrolein and crotonaldehyde in water with headspace gas chromatography.Methods:Acrolein and crotonaldehyde in the water were extracted by headspace technology,then analyzed with DB-624 capillary column.At the same time,they were determined with GC by controlling the temperature.Retention time of the peaks was used for qualitative analysis,while external standard method was used for quantitative analysis.Results:The linear ranges for acrolein and crotonaldehyde were 6.2~500 μg/L.The Minimum detectable concentration was 3.3 μg/L and 4.4 μg/L,r≥0.9998,the recovery 102.0%~106.5%,and RSD 1.2%-3.9%.Conclusion:This method can be used to accurately determine acrolein and crotonaldehyde in the water.It is simple,rapid and sensitive.
