摘要
作为一种新型材料,有机染料发光团掺杂SiO2纳米粒子等纳米荧光探针被广泛用于生物标记领域的研究,然而其分子生物毒性较大,在生物标记方面的应用受到一定限制.以十六烷基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板剂,四乙氧基硅烷(TEOS)为硅源,在碱性介质中合成MCM-41介孔分子筛.以巯基乙酸为稳定剂,在水相中合成CdTe纳米晶,通过阴阳离子的相互作用,2种粒子复合,CdTe纳米晶的发光光谱发生红移,荧光强度减弱.将无机发光量子点以共价方式包埋在介孔分子筛MCM-41中所得的复合材料具有独特的光学性质,水溶性好,毒性小,有广泛的生物应用前景.
As a new kind of material , organic dye fluorescence probe have been applied in fluorescence labeling study, and is limited more application for its toxicity. Mesoporous MCM - 41 is prepared in alkaline media by using TEOS and CTAB as the Si source and template respectively. The QD nanoerystals are synthesized in aqueous solution by using thioglycolic acid as the stabilizing agent. After two kinds of particle composite, the emission spectrum of CdTe solution shows a red shift in the emission peak, the fluorescence emission is weakened. The new material synthesized in this experiment presents special optical material and resolvable, and has a good prospect of application.
