摘要
针对航空航天等领域(如变后掠翼无人机)需要大推力、长行程、高功重比的驱动器,提出一种用形状记忆合金片(SMA)驱动的直线电机,利用位移累加的原理,能够获得较大推力,并具有较长的行程。与同样功率的传统驱动器相比,形状记忆合金智能驱动器有着推重比高,传动系统易于操作,结构简单,重量低等优势。
This research provides a new kind of engine which uses the Shape Memory Alloy (SMA) material and can meet the need of large thrust, long stroke as well as high power - weight ratio in many fields of aerospace such as the unmanned aerial vehicles with sweptback wings. Based on the theory of cumulative displacement the movement can get more push power and practice for long. The new engine is proved that has some advantages of the higher thrust - weight ratio ,easy to operate ,simple structure and low weight comparing with the transmission actuators with the same power.
