硅烷偶联剂对纳米SiO_2/NR复合材料结构与性能的影响 被引量:2

The effect of silane coupling agent on the structure and property of nano-silica/natural rubber composites

摘要 用硅酸钠制备纳米SiO2乳液,用氯化铵控制粒径大小,然后与天然胶乳共混共沉制备出SiO2/NR复合材料。采用SEM对SiO2/NR复合材料断面进行分析,观察SiO2粒子大小和形态,并对其力学性能进行测试。结果表明,经过硅烷偶联剂处理的纳米SiO2在复合材料中分散均匀,力学性能较好。 First prepared the nano silica emulsion using sodium silicate as raw material,and using ammonium chloride to control the particle size. Then mixed the emulsion with the natural latex to produce nano-silica/NR composites. Analyzed the composites by SEM, observed the particle size and shape, finally tested the mechanical properties. The result showed that nano-silica has good mechanical properties and is dispersed evenly in the composites which have been treated with silane coupling agent.
