我国券商投资银行业务的SWOT分析及创新路径研究

A Study of SWOT Analysis and the Innovation Path of Investment Bank Business of China's Security Companies

SWOT是优势(strength)、劣势(weakness)、机会(opportunities)和威胁(threats)的英文缩写,SWOT分析方法是战略选择理论中进行综合分析时常用的一种分析方法。本文把这种战略选择理论中的分析方法,应用到分析我国券商投资银行业务的竞争力问题上。借用SWOT分析方法对我国券商投资银行业务的竞争力进行分析,进而提出我国券商投资银行业务可能的业务创新路径。

SWOT analysis is the usual method in strategy management. The thesis studies the competitiveness of domestic investment bank business by using SWOT analysis, pointing out the development opportunities together with the difficulties and challenges that this industry is facing. And in the end the thesis puts forwards some suggestions on the innovation path.
