客运专线通信运维管理模式的探索

目前客运专线运维管理存在大量空白。合肥高速铁路通信段接管全路首条客专线合宁线之后,积极探索修程修制和进行安全体系建设,已形成了一套完整的管理体系,在应急机制、安全卡控、检修制度改革和团队建设等方面取得的成果,对于新建客专线的运维管理具有借鉴意义。

At present, the operational maintenance management of FFSL is still far from being fledged. After taking charge of Hefei-Nanjing PTSL, Hefei High-speed Railroad Communication Section has been actively exploring how to build effective maintenance system . By now, a complete management system was built and made achievements in emergency mechanism, safety control, reform of maintenance system, and team building, which draw on successful experience of operational maintenance management for other PTSLs to go by.
