摘要
采用驯化污泥以动态挂膜和静态膜固定的方法进行了生物活性炭(BAC)反应器的快速挂膜和启动研究。将驯化污泥配制成500mg/L的污泥菌液,控制挂膜污泥量为2~4g/L、挂膜液循环流量为400~560mL/min并以下向流循环方式运行,在1~2d内就能实现BAC的稳定挂膜。启动后应用其处理某垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液处理站的生化处理出水,对COD的去除率〉70%,显薯优于SBR法的处理效果.
Acclimated sludge with dynamic and static biofilm formation was used to study the quick start-up of BAC reactor. A 500 mg/L sludge solution is prepared by acclimated sludge, the sludge for biofilm formation is controlled at 2 to 4 g/L, and the circular flow of biofilm-forming solution is set at 400 to 560 mL/min. The steady biofilm formation can be achieved within 1 to 2 days in the BAC operated in down-flow mode. After start-up, when the BAC reactor is used for advanced treatment of biochemical effluent from leachate treatment station of a municipal solid waste incineration plant, the COD removal rate is more than 70%, which is superior to the treatment efficiency by SBR process.
