摘要
目的:探讨OEC管理模式在临床护理责任组管理中的应用效果。方法:以该院随机抽取5个病房2006年7月至2007年6月住院患者1621例为对照组,2007年7月至2008年6月住院病人1757例为观察组,比较OEC管理模式应用前后护理质量及病人满意度的变化。结果:经过1年的应用,实验组和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将OEC管理模式应用在临床护理责任组管理中,是一种行之有效的护理管理方法。
Objective: To explore the effect of OEC management method in management of primary nursing group. Methods: Totally 1757 inpatients from 5 wards from July 2007 to June 2008 were taken as the research group and received OEC management method in nursing care while 1621 inpatients who admitted from July 2006 to June 2007 were taken as the control group and received conventional care service. Nursing quality and patient satisfaction before and after application of OEC management method were assessed and compared respectively. Results: After 1 year’s application, the nursing quality and patient satisfaction in the research group higher than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: OEC management method is an effective method in management of primary nursing group.
