摘要
论述了涡轮工作叶片晶粒细化方法的机理,温度参数的影响、铸造工艺及其试验效果,简要阐述了热等静压和热处理的应用技术及工艺参数等对叶片晶粒度、贫铬层、显微组织、力学性能及其尺寸的影响。
The paper addresses the turbine blades grain refinement method selecting, working principle, influence of temperature parameters, process and the test results, and gives briesing of the application of HIP technology and heat treatment, process parameters which influence grain size, poor chromate layer, microstructure, mechanical properties, dimensions of blades.
