摘要
通过光学显微镜和电子探针研究了热处理对含铝(质量分数)5%~10%的HP40合金组织的影响。结果表明:选择合适的热处理工艺,能使铸态合金中的沉淀相均匀析出;当固溶温度较高时,可观察到析出相非常均匀且尺寸较小。在1220℃及其以上温度固溶处理时,合金中的沉淀相才能完全固溶于基体。
Influence of heat treatment on the microstructure of HP40 alloys with 5% ~10% Al was investigated by optical microscope and EPMA-1600.The results show that the distribution of the precipitation of the alloy as-cast is homogeneous if a reasonable heat treatment procedure is chosen.The precipitation is very symmetrical and the size of it diminishs with the increase of solution temperature.The precipitation can completely dissolve into the matrix when the soluble temperature above 1220 ℃.
