摘要
报道了甘氨酸叔丁酯经由先合成氨基被保护的邻苯二甲酰甘氨酸,以三氯氧磷为脱水剂,和叔丁醇酯化生成邻苯二甲酰甘氨酸叔丁酯,再由水合肼肼解得甘氨酸叔丁酯。产物分子结构用红外光谱及核磁共振谱(1HNMR13CNMR),质镨进行了鉴定。总收率57.5%。
The amino group of glycine was protected by phthalic anhydride to give N-phthaloyl glycine. The intermediate was then esterified with tert-butyl alcohol to generate N-phthaloyl glycine tert-butyl ester in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride as the dehydrating agent. The glycine tert-butyl ester was obtained by hydrazinolysis of N-phthaloyl glyeine tert-butyl ester with hydrazine hydrate. 1R, 1H-NMR and MS analysis were used for the characterization of the molecular structures of the products. The total yield of the ester was 57.5 %.
