摘要
在详细分析了高温水泥熟料和高温烧结矿冷却过程传热机理的基础上,根据多孔介质气-固换热理论,建立了适用于高温散料在篦冷机和环冷机冷却过程的气-固换热三维通用物理数学模型,通过合理假设简化为更易求解和适于工程应用的一维非稳态换热模型,同时对相关参数的确定进行了研究。最后,结合数值模拟方法和计算机技术提出了模型的求解方案,为后续深入研究提供了理论指导。
Based on the heat transfer mechanism of cooling process of high temperature clinker and sintered material, the general 3-D physical and mathematic model was built up according to the GasSolid heat transfer theory on multi-pore media, and then simplified into tranaient 1-D equation grounded on the plausible hypothesis. Furthermore, the main parameters of the model were ascertained. At last, the solve scheme to these equations was brought forward, which offered the theory guidance for the further study.
