摘要
针对某企业的车间生产现况,为减轻工人的简单重复性繁重劳动设计了搬运机械手。根据构想利用ADAM S软件建立了搬运机械手的虚拟样机仿真模型,进行运动学仿真,在物理样机制造之前使其运动过程直观化,为搬运机械手的研制奠定了基础。
In view of the production situation of a workshop in a certain enterprise in Wuhu, for reduceing the workload of the workers, this paper proposed the design of a transport manipulator. Then it used ADAMS software to establish the simulation model of the transport manipulator, and carried on the kinematic simulation before the physical prototype manufacturing. This work has laid the foundation for transport manipulator's development.
