肯基亚克油田盐上边水稠油油藏开发方式转换研究 被引量:5

摘要 哈萨克斯坦肯基亚克油田盐上边水稠油油藏经过多年衰竭式开采,边水突进,导致油井含水率高,产量低,采出程度低,亟待转换开发方式。为此,开展了热水驱、聚合物驱、饱和蒸汽驱、过热蒸汽驱的室内物理模拟和数值模拟对比研究。结果表明,对盐上油藏中侏罗统油层采用300℃(过热度为50℃)过热蒸汽开发效果最好,驱油效率最高可达到91.7%,对其开发指标进行数值模拟,预测采出程度最高可达47.96%。过热蒸汽吞吐现场先导试验也取得了显著的效果,单轮次吞吐平均单井增油量为1700t,平均含水率下降了13.6%。可见,过热蒸汽驱是适合该油藏储层特征和当前油藏状态的最佳开发方式。 Kenkiyak oilfield is characterized by high-viscosity oil,strong heterogeneity,shallow burial,high permeability and porosity,and huge edge water.After 40 years of depletion development.the serious heterogeneous characteristic and water invasion made the water-cut of oil wells very high.but recovery factor of the reservoir was very low.The production performance has been inefficient for a long time.In response to this problem,the current development mode should be switched for high efficiency.Through physi-cal and numerical simulation study on hot water flooding.polymer drive.saturated steam drive.superheat steam drive,the results showed that 300℃ superheated steam flooding can largely enhance oil recovery which may reach 47.46 percent on the Middle Ju-rassic reservoir.As a result,the superheated steam injection is most suitable for the development of the reservoir.
