13例大学女生自卑心理开展心理咨询及救助的案例分析

摘要 目的:探讨女大学生心理健康状况及特点。方法:运用在校女学生干部的职责和学习工作特点,对同学中出现心理问题进行归纳分析,同期对本校男生进行对照研究。结果:对123例女生中有13例产生自卑心理,表现为悲观,消极,不思上进,失眠多梦,不合群,学习成绩下降,集体活动不乐意参与,在咨询问题中男女生均存在人际关系、情感、神经质三项比分偏高,女生分别为43%(53人),19%(23人),17%(21人),男女生均有类似情况,男女生统计显示无差异。(详见下表1)结论:自卑心理的辅导过程是一个复杂的过程,对待不同的情况,方法重点也应不同但经早期发现均得到明显改善。 Objective:To investigate the status and the characteristic of the mental health of the current eoedna. Methods:To conclude and analyse the psychological problems that happen in the current eoedna apply to the cadre's duty and the trait of their work and study, the control group are the boys of the same term. Results: 13 of the 123 girls are self - abased and represent as pessimistic, no desire to make progress, insomnia and dreamful sleep, social withdrawal, grade decline, drop out of group activity, etc. During the consultation, interpersonal relationship, emotion and nervous temperament get a high score in the two genders. In girls, that is 43% (53 persons) , 19% (23 persons) , and 17% (21 persons) respectively. The control group is similar to the experimental group. No significant deviation exists between two groups. Conclusions: The current eoedna with inferiority complex should be started with inter- personal relationship, emotion and nervous temperament, discovering the problem as early as possible and psychological service are sticking points. The action of the female judges is indispensable.
