摘要
对一种螺旋线圈电磁发射器(HCEL)弹丸受力的影响因素,如弹丸与驱动线圈相对位置、弹丸线圈和驱动线圈尺寸、电流大小等进行了静态模拟。结果表明,HCEL弹丸的受力大小与其相对驱动线圈的位置有关,且有一个最大受力位置。线圈半径固定时,弹丸最大受力随线圈轴向长度增大而增大,线圈轴向长度较小时弹丸加速度达到最大。弹丸最大受力与线圈每匝电流平方成正比,最大受力位置不随电流改变。仿真结果验证了HCEL的基本理论,并为HCEL结构的设计提供了参数支持。
The influencing factors of forces on armature in helical coil electromagnetic launchers ( HCELs ) were analyzed numerically, such as the relative position of the armature and stator, armature and stator size, current magnitude. The results show that the force is related to the position of the armature,and that there exists a maximum force position. The maximum force increases with the coil axial length increase, given the fixed coil diameters. The acceleration of armature reaches its maximum when the axial length of coils is short. The maximum force of armature is proportional to the square of the current, and the maximum force position does not change. The simulation results confirm the basic theory of HCEL and provide a reference for the structural design.
