根据船舶交通工程方法论研究交通流的生成与发展规律以及交通网络的时空分布，提出了基于ＯＤ的船舶交通流模型，并对船舶交通进行模拟，运用电子海图新技术，实现了船舶交通动态显示，开发研究了一个基于Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ９５／ＷｉｎｄｏｗＮＴ的船舶交通模拟软件包．

Maritime Traffic System is a complex, large scale system, which consist of man, ship and environment. Based on the methodology of Marine Traffic Engineering, the regular of generation and development of traffic flow, distribution of traffic network, marine traffic based on OD traffic flow model, dynamic displays on electronic chart have been researched and developed and introduced in this paper. At same time a simulation software package of marine traffic on windows 95/Windlows NT platform has ben developed.
