摘要
本文采用红外光谱法研究了聚氯乙烯-红泥复合材料(PVC-RM)结构,并对材料的热稳定作用机理进行探讨,获得了以下的结论:(1)在PVC-RM中形成了Si—O—C键和Fe—O—C键,(2)虹泥的主要成分对PVC均有不同程度的热稳定效果,(3)PVC-RM的优异热稳定性能是由于红泥与聚氯乙烯发生取代交联的化学作用和物理作用协同效应的结果。
Infrared spectrophotometry was used in the study of structure of polyvinyl chloride-red mud composite (PVC-RM) heat-treated at 170℃in air and A probe into thermostabili-zing mechanism of red mud in PVC-RM. It was found; (1) crosslinks by Si-O-C and Fe-O-C bonds were formed in PVC-RM; (2)the principal components of red mud all have the thermostabiJity effects on PVC in PVC-RM( (3) satisfactory thermostability of the PVC-RM resulted from the synergistic effects of chemical and physicsl actions of the red mud by substitution and crpsslinkage.
