摘要
花生发芽期、苗期和成熟期的根系性状研究表明,铝胁迫对花生根系的生长发育有较大的影响,Al3+含量与胚根和胚轴的伸长呈显著负相关,不同基因型根系受铝毒危害有明显差异,耐铝基因型可能在根际形成pH障碍。早期直接测定花生根系性状指标,有助于评价和筛选耐铝毒材料。
The root system of peanut under aluminum stress were investigated in this experiment. The results showed that the Al 3+ concentration had significant and negative correlation with elongation of root and hypocotyl during germination period. In Al-toxic test of both solution and pot culture, root system were reduced,the differences among genotypes were obvious. The tolerant genotypes to Al may form a plant-induced pH barrier in the rhizosphere.It is suggested that peanut morphological indexes of root system under Al stress were measured in early were important to evaluate and screen Al tolerance.
