摘要
在已有的应变传递模型的基础上,经过分析得到了影响埋入式聚合物光纤传感器应变传递的主要因素:中间黏贴层模型参数、中间黏贴层厚度、光纤传感器长度和中间黏贴层泊松比。通过对各影响参数进行分析,得到了它们与平均应变传递率的关系。结果表明,聚合物光纤传感器在瞬时响应下的平均应变传递率随着中间黏贴层Kelvin单元的弹性模量增大而增大,随着中间黏贴层厚度的增大而减小,随着传感器长度增大而增大;在准静态响应下的平均应变传递率随着中间黏贴层弹簧单元的弹性模量增大而增大,随着中间黏贴层厚度的增大而减小,随着传感器长度增大而增大;中间黏贴层泊松比对平均应变传递率影响很小,可以忽略。
The important factors affecting the strain transfer of polymer optical fiber sensors are deduced based on the existent strain transfer model in this paper.The factors include the length of the sensor,the linear viscoelastic parameter,the thickness and Poisson′s ratio of the adhesive interlayer.The relationship between the average strain transfer rate(ASTR)and each parameter is deduced.The result show that the ASTR increases with the elastic modulus of Kelvin unit of the adhesive interlayer,decreases with the thickness of the adhesive interlayer,increases with the length of the sensor with transient response;the ASTR increases with the elastic modulus of spring unit of the adhesive interlayer,decreases with the thickness of the adhesive interlayer,increases with the length of the sensor with steady-state response.The influence of Poisson′s ratio of the adhesive interlayer on the ASTR is very small,which could be neglected.
