摘要 采用硬脂酸法制备了CuO/SnO2/TiO2复合光催化剂,采用XRD及TG-DTA分析对其物相和热稳定性进行了表征,并通过苯酚的光催化降解行为对所制备催化剂的活性进行了评价。结果表明,经500℃热处理的CuO/SnO2/TiO2复合光催化剂属于单一的锐钛矿相,且铜、锡氧化物的引入抑制了TiO2的结晶和晶粒的生长。当催化剂组成为Cu∶Sn∶Ti=0.25∶5∶100(物质的量比),焙烧温度为500℃,催化剂投加量为0.5 g.L-1,溶液pH为4.0时,经3 h光催化反应苯酚的降解率达97.1%。 CuO/SnO2/TiO2 composite photocatalysts were prepared by stearic acid method,the crystalline and the thermo-stability of the photocatalyst samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,differential thermal and thermogravimetric analysis.The photocatalytic oxidation properties were examined by the degradation of phenol in the water.The experimental results show that the CuO/SnO2/TiO2 composite samples are in anatase phase at calcined temperature of 500 ℃,and introduction of CuO and SnO2 inhibits the crystallization and growth of TiO2 grain.When the molar rate of Cu∶Sn∶Ti=0.25∶5∶100,the amount of catalyst is 0.5 g·L^-1 and calcination tempreture at 500 ℃,the degradation rate of phenol(C0=20 mg·L^-1,V0=50 mL,pH=4) reached 97.1% after 3.0 h photocatalytic reaction.
