生态养生及其在中医药保健与产品开发中的应用

The Theoretical System of Ecocare and Its Applications in Healthcare and Product Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要 生态养生理论是用生态学与传统中医学理论,研究人体健康状况以及人体内外环境关系的保健养生科学。其核心价值是养心,确定好自己适宜的生态位,促进健康全面和谐发展。 Ecocare methodology is a subject of health maintenance, which focuses on human health and the relationship between the human body and its external environment using the modern ecological balance theory and the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). It is a combined reflection of the natural health principle of "Nature and Man in One", the holistic concept of "Body-soul Unity", the idea of "Disease Prevention" which means that disease prevention is more important than threatment assistance, and the methodology of treatment plus rehabilitation through heahhcare, rest and nourishment, with treatment focusing on relieving both the secondary and primary symptoms. The core value of this system is the healthy attitude (Yangxin), i.e., everyone should first adequately determine his/her own appropriate niche, which is crucial for health promotion and harmonious development. The core connotation of Ecocare is the balance of the body ecosystem to physiologically and psychologically achieve a relative balance between yin and yang of human tissues and organs, by removing disadvantageous factors, replenishing advantageous factors and adjusting body functions. The Ecocare theory will have great potential in clinical TCM, health care by Chinese medicine, and research and development of TCM health products, as well as in agriculture, gardens, landscape and leisure vacation designs for the demands of health-cultivation by Chinese Materia Medica.
