摘要
土壤粘附是影响疏浚刀齿切削效率的重要因素之一。降低粘性土壤对刀齿表面接触面积可以减小土壤对刀齿的粘附和降低刀齿切削土壤的阻力。针对两种典型非光滑刀齿结构用遗传算法进行了优化设计,得到了在一定压力条件下非光滑表面仿生刀齿结构的最优参数,为疏浚刀齿表面结构仿生减粘降阻设计提供了参考。
Soil adhesion is one of important attributes of dredging tool's efficiency.Reduction of contact area between cohesive soil and the surface of dredging tools is able to decrease soil adhesion and cutting resistance.By genetic algorithm,the optimization designs of dredging tool's two kinds of typical non-smooth structure are given,and optimum parameter based on the different types of pressure are educed,which provide for designs of dredging tool's surface structure of reducing adhesion and resistance by bionics.
