摘要 给出电子束在束腔内的运动方程并得出解,分析电子束在束腔内运动时的发散情况与加速电压性能之间的关系,以及整流变压器的变比对功率因数的影响。在此基础上设计1台120 kV/12 kW电子束加速用高压直流电源,实验结果表明该电源性能满足电子束焊接装置的要求。 The strict solution of the electron beam motion equation in the welding equipment is presented, and the influences on the beam spot diameter by the capability of power supply in DC field are analyzed. In addition, a kind of designing approach of 120 kV/12 kW high-voltage DC power supply used for electron beam acceleration is presented, and harmonic components are analyzed, too. Finally the no-load test results of high-voltage DC power supply are given, the experiments results show that the power supply meets the requisition of welding technology.
