摘要
采用一罐polyol合成法,以油胺和油酸为表面活性剂,以醋酸金和乙酰丙酮合铁(Ⅲ)为金属前驱体,以1,2-十六烷基二醇为还原剂,成功制备了FeAu合金纳米粒子.通过紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和振动样品磁力计(VSM)对FeAu合金纳米粒子的结构和性能进行了研究,结果表明:该方法合成的FeAu合金纳米粒子平均粒径为5.6nm,粒径分布窄,室温下显示良好的光学和磁学特性,有望在光学、磁学、生物医药诸方面得到应用.
Bifunctional magnetic-optical FeAu alloy nanoparticles were prepared by the one-pot polyol process with oleic acid and oleylamine as the surfactant,gold acetate and Fe(III) acetylacetonate as the precursors,1,2-hexadecanediol as the reduction reagent. The characterization of the FeAu alloy nanoparticles was performed using UV-Vis spectroscopy (UV-Vis),X ray diffraction (XRD),transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM). The XRD and TEM analyses confirm the formation of the alloy nanostructure with the average diameter about 5.6 nm,and narrow particle size distribution. The UV-Vis and VSM measurements display the optical and magnetic properties of the FeAu nanoparticles at room temperature. Furthermore,the effect of the particle size on the optical and magnetic properties is elucidated. These alloy nanoparticles with the well-defined optical and magnetic properties are promised for optical,magnetic and biomedical applications.
