摘要
利用导管分子离析及光学显微技术,对洛阳牡丹主要栽培品种的茎次生木质部导管分子进行了比较结构学研究。结果表明,各品种的茎离析导管分子形态结构存在着差异。根据导管分子演化原理,各品种的导管分子存在由原始到进化的关系,导管分子的进化特征和花型的演化程度是一致的,这为牡丹花型分类方案提供了新的理论依据。
The structure of vessel elements in secondary xylem of the main tree peony cultivars in Luoyang was studied in this paper, with dispersing of vessel elements and microscopical technique.The results showed that the vessel elements were different from each other. According to the principle of vessel elements evolution, there were primitive to the evolutionary relationship among the tree peony cultivars. The evolutional level of vessel elements was consistent with their flower form evolution, which provided a new theory evidence for flower form classification.
