摘要
河北开元环球中心工程结构主体高度236.3m,为采用钢-混凝土组合框架-核心筒结构的超高层结构体系。介绍了可整体自动爬升的物料钢平台结构体系的设计,以及在核心筒结构竖向墙体中的应用。同时根据施工工艺流程及施工要求,采用立体交叉式施工工艺。结果表明,物料钢平台满足承载施工物料要求,可保证施工安全,满足施工质量要求。
The height of main building is up to 236.3m in Hebei Kaiyuan Globe Center.The super highrise structure with steel-concrete composite frame-core tube is selected.The design of material steel platform with integrity automatic climbing is introduced.Besides,vertical wall of core tube is applied.Based on construction flow and requirements,grade separation construction is adopted.The results show that material steel platform can satisfy the demands of bearing construction material.It can ensure construction safety to meet the requirements of construction quality.
