宁夏节水型灌区载体建设及考核标准初步研究

Research on the Construction and Assessment Standards of Water-Saving Irrigation Area in Ningxia Autonomous Region

宁夏是我国第一个省级节水型社会试点省市,灌溉用水量占总用水量的90%以上,灌区单元作为社会的组成部分,其节水措施将直接影响到该地区节水型社会建设的效果。在对宁夏灌区用水特点调研基础上,参考国内相关成果,初步制订了宁夏节水型灌区建设及考核标准,为宁夏节水型灌区建设提供指导。

Ningxia Autonomous Region is the first province-level region undergoing water-saving experiments.The proportion of irrigation water accounts for 90% of the total amount,the study of the construction and assessment standards of water-saving irrigation areas in Ningxia Autonomous Region serves as a scientific,reasonable reference for water-saving irrigation construction of Ningxia Autonomous Region.
