摘要
本文从凝胶制备途径，即无机途径和有机途径角度，阐述了各途径溶胶－凝胶化过程的特点以及凝胶膜向陶瓷薄膜转化的过程。
The characteristics of the gelation of various sols,the formation process of gel and ceramic thin films and its controls and application have been elaborated under two broad classifications,namely,inorganic and organic based sols in this paper.
