摘要
以在建南京地铁二号线一期工程新街口车站施工期地面交通疏解所采用的钢便桥为工程背景,采用有限元软件ANSYS对钢便桥进行结构计算,在此基础上选取横梁间距、横梁跨径进行受力性能单因素敏感性分析,研究所得结论对地铁车站施工期所采用钢便桥设计、施工具有一定指导意义。通过研究表明该种钢桁架结构具有良好的工作性能以及足够的安全性,可以作为一种新型临时路面系统在地铁车站施工中推广使用。
This article took the temporary steel bridge for traffic organization during first stage of construction for the Xin jie kou station of the Nanjing Metro Line 2 as engineering background,a 3D finite element software ANSYS was used to carry out calculation,on this basis,the spacing between beams and the span of cross beams were selected to make a single factor sensitivity analysis.The research conclusions have some guiding significance to the design and construction of temporary steel bridge during the metro station construction.It indicated that the steel truss structure with a good working performance and adequate security could be used and spread as a new temporary road system in a new metro station construction in the future.
