睡虎地秦简中的"关市律"仅一条律文,自其公布以来,从没有人质疑过。本文借助新发现的岳麓秦简和张家山汉简中与其内容基本相同律文的校勘和比对分析,发现这条所谓"关市律"的简文有明显的抄错、抄漏之处,而所谓"关市律"的律文,其实应该是"金布律"的内容,其所以题署为"关市",很可能是抄手误记所至。
