摘要
"一般国家"是对历史上所出现的人类政治共同体的抽象,"民族-国家"是"一般国家"在特定历史阶段的具体化,也是对"一般国家"的超越。在国家的形式与内容、主权的归属、人民的地位等方面,"民族国家"都有明确的规定性,霍布斯与卢梭的国家理论充分体现了"一般国家"和"民族国家"的这种关系。
The General-state is an abstraction and generalization to all human political communities in History. The Nation-state means the General-state being further specified, widened and extended in some aspects, such as the national form or content, the sovereignty ownership, the position and role of the people, etc. The relations between General-state and Nation-state are fully reflected in the state theories of Hobbes and Rousseau.
