摘要
研制成一种小型、便携式、低价、对人眼安全、无合作目标的LF1系列半导体LD激光测距仪。工作波长:λ=905nm;测距范围:14~1000m;测距精度<±1m;重复频率:100Hz。有多种工作模式。它的测距能力优于国内外同类低价LD激光测距仪。LF1激光测距仪是一种光子雷达系统。本文从光子测距方程、系统结构、信噪比分析角度,讨论了系统的优化设计。
LF1 series LD laser rangefinder (LRF) have been made, the LRF is a mini, low cost, eye safe, no cooperation target. The main performance of LF1 series laser rangefinder: laser wavelength:λ=905nm; measurement distance range:14~1000m; accuracy of measurement:<±1m; repetition frequency: 100Hz, it have multi operation mode. The measurement distance ability is better than same type low cost LD LRF. LF1 LRF is a photon Radar system, the optimum design of the system have been discussed according to the photon measurement distance equation, the configuration of system, signal noise ratio.
