洋地黄类药物用于肿瘤治疗的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 洋地黄类（cardiotonic steroids，CSs）药物，包括地高辛、洋地黄毒甙和哇巴因等，从发现至今一直作为正性肌力药治疗充血性心力衰竭和抗心律失常。Na＋．K＋-ATP酶（NKA）是CSs在体内特异性的配体，越来越多的研究发现NKA除了具有离子泵功能外，还具有信号传导功能，
