不同营养素伍配对大鼠铅神经毒性抑制作用 被引量:6

Inhibitive effects of seven nutrients on lead-induced neurotoxicity in rats

摘要 目的探讨不同营养素对铅神经毒性的干预作用。方法大鼠经醋酸铅饮水染毒4周,采用7因素2水平正交设计用牛磺酸、维生素B1等7种营养素以不同配伍进行干预,4周后测定大鼠学习记忆能力、海马组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)和一氧化氮(NO)水平。结果营养素干预组定位航行测试第2,3d平均潜伏期分别为(21.41±14.14),(19.35±10.89)s,低于阳性对照组(34.42±11.49),(32.48±15.06)s(P<0.05);某些营养素配伍可明显改善铅对海马SOD,NOS和NO的影响(P<0.01);牛磺酸对SOD、NOS、NO的升高影响最为明显(P<0.01),极差分别为85.30,0.82,31.24。结论营养素可改善铅对大鼠脑海马的损害,多营养素合用可提高染铅大鼠学习记忆能力。 Objective To explore the effects of seven nutrients on lead-induced neurotoxicity.Methods Lead poisoning model was made by giving the rats with 800mg /L of lead acetate in drinking water consecutively for four weeks.According to orthogonal design,7 nutrients were tested with animal experiments.The nutrients were tyrosine,glycolamine,methionine,taurine,vitamin C,vitamin B1 and Zinc.Four weeks later,the ability of learning and memory of the rats in each group was measured with Morris water maze test.Superoxide dismutase(SOD),nitric oxide sythase(NOS) activity and malondialdehyde(MDA),nitroge monoxide(NO) in hippocampus of the rats were also measured.Results On the second and third day,the mean of the latent periods of the experimental group(21.41 ± 14.14s,19.35 ± 10.89s) were less than that of the positive control group(34.42 ± 11.49s,32.48 ± 15.06s;P 0.05).The activities of SOD,NOS and levels of NO were restored to normal levels by the intervention of the nutrients and the effects of taurine was the most obvious(R = 85.30,0.82,31.24 ;P 0.01 for all).Conclusion Nutrients might reduce lead-induced impairment in hippocampus of rats.The ability of learning and memory could be improved by joint administration of multi-nutrients in rats with lead exposure.
