脱氢松香基甜菜碱两性表面活性剂合成与表征 被引量:7

摘要 以脱氢枞酸为原料,经3-松香酰氧-2-羟丙基氯及叔胺中间体,合成N-(3-去氢枞酰氧基-2-羟基)丙基-N,N-二甲基(2-羟基)磷酸酯甜菜碱,并分析了产物及与十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)的复配体系的表面活性。结果表明其临界胶束浓度(CMC)为1.34mmol/L,此时表面张力为38.69mN/m。泡沫力为280mm,泡沫能力稳定,产物乳化力较强。产物与SDS复配后,其界面活性产生较强烈的增效作用,两者摩尔比为1∶1时增效作用最显著。 N- (3-dehydroabietyloxy-2-hydroxy) propyl-N, N-dimethyl ( 2-hydroxy ) phosphate betaine is synthesized from 3-dehydroabietyloxy-2-hydroxypropyl chloride and tertiary amine intermediate by using dehydroabietic acid as raw materials, and the surface-activating properties of the products and mixture of it and SDS are studied. The results show its critical micelle concentration(CMC) is 1.34 mmol/L and the surface tension can be 38. 69 mN/m. The foaming ability is 280 mm and the emulsification capability is strong. A strong synergism between the product and SDS is also observed, which has the optimal synergetic effect at the molar ratio of 1: 1.
