This paper introduces the concept of Key-Value database,then compares the differences between Key-Value database and relational database and the advantages and disadvantages of them,and analyzes their scope of applications.Finally,the paper briefly introduces the enterprise application of Key-Value database and several open-source Key-Value databases.
