摘要
大学生"蚁族"在求职择业中普遍存在自主、竞争、拼搏等积极的从众现象,也存在焦虑、抑郁、抵触甚至对社会不满报复等消极的从众现象。这些现象产生的原因,既有攀比心理等内在因素,又有社会和家庭影响等外部因素。为化解其消极从众现象,既需要加强就业咨询服务和理性择业观教育,注重转化其不良从众思想观念;更需要创建国家、学校和家庭的三点互动模式,增强其抗挫折能力,培养其创新精神,为其提供更多的就业机会。
Ant tribe college students show their positive conformable psychology such as autonomy,competition,diligence,etc,and negative conformable psychology such as anxiety,depression,conflict and even discontent retaliation against the society.There are many reasons for the phenomena including inner factors of their own vanity and such outer factors as society and family.In order to get rid of the negative conformable psychology of the students,we should provide consultation on job searching,set up the coop-eration among the government,college and family,and provide more employment opportunities.
