摘要
介绍利用桁条临界应力高于壳体蒙皮应力的特性,用碳/环氧复合材料制成桁条与蒙皮融为一体的密集型加劲壳——波纹壳,获得质量轻、技术性能高的产品。讨论了具有不同结构特点的两种波纹壳的制造工艺,指出因结构的差异,需采用不同的工艺方法制备;由于结构和工艺方法不同,获得了不同的结构效益和经济效益。
A method which takes advantage of the property that the critical stress of the stiffener is higher than that of the face sheet was introduced to develop a closely spaced stiffened carbon/epoxy cylinder which integrated stiffeners with face sheets——the corrugated cylinder with light weight and high performance. Mainly discuss the manufacturing technology of two kinds of corrugated cylinders with different structural characteristics.Point out different manufacturing technologies have to be adopted because of the structural differences, having achieved different structural and economic benefits.
