摘要
目的:研究采用超声波法提取银杏叶中黄酮类化合物的工艺。方法:采用正交试验确定银杏叶中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺;以总黄酮为评价指标,用分光光度法进行分析检测,并与传统的溶剂提取法进行比较。结果:最佳提取条件为超声波功率100%,超声时间45min,液固比为12:1,溶剂浓度30%,提取次数2次。分析检测显示,总黄酮的提取率达1.2%,超声提取的提取率比溶剂法提高了约1.5倍。结论:超声波用于银杏叶提取具有成本低、回收率高、有机溶剂残留少等优点。
Objective:To investigate the extraction of flavonaids from the Leaves of Ginkgo Biloba by Ultrasonic.Methods:The extracting congditions of flovonoids from the Leaves of Ginkgo Biloba were optimized by orthogonal design.Spectrophotometry was used to detemine the congtent of flavonids.Results:The optimal extracting conditions were under the 100% ultrasonic power,ultrasonic time was 45 min,the ratio of solvent to feedstock was 12:1,alcohol concentration was 30%,extraction 2 times.The rate of extraction was up to 1.2% by detemine,the yield of ultrasonic extraction was higher about 1.5 fold than that of ethanol-resin adsorption method.Conclusion:This extraction process merits have the advantage of low cost,high recovery and low retained level of organic solvent.
