摘要
目的了解安徽省安庆地区贫困白内障健康快车患者白细胞计数等4项指标和生化9项指标的特点。方法对2007年11月~2008年2月1903例贫困白内障健康快车患者检测白细胞计数等4项指标和生化9项指标,同时检测本市机关及事业单位在职及退休职工体检中的白细胞计数等4项指标和生化9项指标,并对检测结果进行比较。结果健康快车组RBC、PLT、HB、UA、TP、ALB、GGT、GLU、ALT与退休体检组相比,这9项指标的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康快车女性组CREA值低于退休体检女性组,健康快车男性组与退休体检男性组间WBC、BUN、ALP、CREA的差异无统计学意义,健康快车女性组与退休体检女性组间WBC、BUN、ALP的差异无统计学意义;在职体检男性组WBC、HB、ALT、GGT均高于退休体检男性组,而PLT、TP、ALB、BUN、UA、GLU均低于退休体检男性组,RBC、ALP、Cr的差异则无统计学意义;男性组(快车组、在职组、退休组)RBC、HB、UA、CREA、ALT、GGT值高于对应女性组,而PLT均低于对应女性组,WBC、TP、ALB、ALP(快车组除外)、GLU(快车组除外)、BUN(在职组除外)则在男女之间的差异无统计学意义。健康快车组HBsAg阳性率明显高于退休体检组,而退休体检组HBsAg阳性率与在职体检组的差异无统计学意义。结论年龄、性别和生活条件等影响血细胞、生化和HBsAg阳性率的水平。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of 9 indicators(four indicators of routine blood test,such as WBC,RBC,Hb,PLT and six biochemical indicators,including TBIL,ALT,GGT,UA,TP and ALB)of cataract patients from Health Express poor group in Anqing district.Methods 1903 cataract patients from Health Express poor group in Anqing district from November,2007 to February,2008 were tested 10 indicators.Meanwhile,the 10 indicators were gathered from in-service staff and retirees in institutional unit for physical examination.Then these 10 indicators were compared and analyzed.Results The 9 indicators of cataract patients from Health Express poor group(male group and female group)were lower than those of people in institutional unit for physical examination(male group and female group),which showed these indicator differences significantly(P〈0.05).The CREA level of females(Health Express group)was lower than that of female(retired group in stitutional unit for physical examination).There were no significant differences in the levels of WBC,BUN,ALP and CREA of males(Health Express group and retired group in institutional unit for physical examination)and no significant differences in the levels of WBC,BUN and ALP appeared in females(Health Express group and retired group in institutional unit for physical examination).The levels of WBC,HB,ALT and GGT of males(in-service staff group in institutional unit for physical examination)were higher than those of males(retired group in institutional unit for physical examination),while the levels of PLT,TP,ALB,BUN,UA and GLU of males(in-service staff group in stitutional unit for physical examination)were lower than those of males in retired group and the levels of RBC,ALP and Cr were the same in both groups.The levels of RBC,HB,UA,CREA,ALP and GGT of the whole male group(Health Express group,in-service staff group and retired group)were higher than those of the whole female group,while the PLT level of male group was lower than that of female group.There were no differences in the levels of WBC,TP,ALB,ALP(except Health Express group),GLU(except Health Express group),BUN(except in-service staff group)of male group and female group.The positive rate of HBsAg of patients from Health Express poor group(male group and fe-male group)was much higher than retirees in institutional unit for physical examination,while no differences appear in both retirees group and in-service staff group.Conclusion Age,gender and living conditions affect the differences in blood cell,biochemical indicators and HBsAg-positive rate.
