摘要
将１２例小儿抽动症辨证分为肝郁化火动风和肝肾阴虚动风，分别仿丹栀逍遥散和六味地黄丸法论治，并配合针刺治疗。结果：痊愈９例，好转２例，无效１例。表明小儿抽动症多由肝风内动所致，可从“肝”论治。
cases of infantile convulsion were identified into the pattern of stirring of wind and production of fire by liver staqnation and pattern of stirring of wind by yin deficiency in the liver and kidney and were respectively treated by imitating“Moutan and Gardenia Free Wanderer Powder“and “Rehmannia Six Pills“and by combination of acupucture therapy.The results showed cure in 9 cases,improvement in 2 cases and failure in 1 case,indicating that infantile convulsion was mostly caused by internal stirring of the liver wind and could be treated from the “liver“.
