摘要
针对煤炭企业人力资源管理问题,采用文献分析方法,分析了煤炭企业开展人力资源管理的意义和原则,提出煤矿企业应开展以绩效管理为核心的薪酬福利制度、开展适应现代企业经营管理的培训课程等提升人力资源管理水平的措施。研究结果为煤炭企业人力资源管理提供参考。
In view of the problem of human resource management of coal mine enterprises the significance and principles of human resources management with document analysis method are analyzed.And it proposes the coal mine enterprises should undertaken the performance management as the core of the remuneration system,and carry out measures of modern enterprise management training courses to enhance the level of human resources management.The research conclusion provides a reference for human resources management of coal mine enterprises.
