大学新生的情商培养与大学英语自主学习 被引量:6

摘要 情商是人重要的生存能力,是人发掘情感潜能、运用情感能力影响自我发展的关键品质因素。自主学习是学习者能够管理自己的学习行为,根据自己的情况确立学习目标、制定学习计划、选择学习方式、监控学习过程、监控学习计划的实施以及学习技能的运用和发展、自我检查评估,逐步发展。导致大学新生情商偏低的原因主要由于新生不适应大学的学习方式,没有摆脱依赖思想,自我激励能力不强,没有正确认识、评价自我,缺乏自我觉察能力,从而造成对大学英语自主学习的影响。因此,强化情商教育的道德内容,坚持情商培养以学生为主体,提高学生自我认知能力,激发兴趣以营造和谐的氛围,以合作学习促情商发展,最终提高大学新生的英语自主学习能力。 People's EQ is an important ability to survive. And it is a key quality for them to exploit their emotional potential to realize their self-development. Autonomous learning means learners can manage their own learning behavior. That is, they can establish the learning goal, make the learning plan, select the learning method, monitor the learning process, supervise the implementation of the learning plan, apply and develop learning skills according to their own circumstances, make a self-examination and self-evaluation, and develop themselves step by step. The reasons for freshmen's low EQ and the effects of EQ on college students' autonomous English learning are analyzed, according to which some concrete strategies of the freshmen-oriented EQ cultivation are proposed, such as strengthening the core of EQ education, adhering to the students-centered cultivation of EQ, improving students' ability of self-knowledge, stimulating their interest in creation of a harmonious atmosphere, and promoting the development of EQ applying cooperative learning
