医护人员对易性癖认知和态度调查与分析

Investigation on the cognition and attitude of medical staff towards Transsexualism Patients

目的:调查医护人员对易性癖的认知和对待易性癖患者的态度,分析两者的相关性。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷,以方便抽样的方法,对北京市某三级甲等医院的110名在职医生和护士进行调查。结果:①被调查的110名医护人员的易性癖相关知识标准得分为0～92.86分,平均得分为(57.53±18.78)分;②医护人员对易性癖患者的态度标准得分为48～90.67分,平均得分为(63.40±8.06)分;③调查对象对易性癖相关知识得分与态度得分呈正相关(r=0.200,P=0.036)。结论:医护人员对易性癖的认知整体较差,需通过多种途径培训或学习,以提高医护人员对易性癖的认识和了解,从而改善对易性癖患者的态度。

Objective：To investigate the cognition and attitude of medical staff towards Transsexualism patients, and analyze the relationship between the cognition and the attitude. Methods：A cross-sectional investigation was conducted among 110 medical staff from a tertiary general hospital in Beijing by using a self-designed questionnaire.Results： 1 The score of the cognition was from 0 to 92.86,the average score was 57.53 ± 18.78; 2 The score of the attitude was from 48 to 90.67, the average score was 63.40 ± 8.06; 3 The scores of cognition and attitude were positively correlated （r =0.200, P =0.036）. Conclusion： Multiple education approaches should be provided for medical staff to enhance their cognition towards Transsexualism patients, and then they could improve their attitudes on the patients.
