摘要
就锦纶66白坯帘子布稀密不匀产生的设备原因和操作原因进行了分析,结合生产实践提出了有效的预防措施,包括保持卷取和送经速度一致,调整四指叉的安装位置,对边针进行精确定位等,达到了提高白坯布质量、满足用户要求的目的。
In this paper are analyzed the reasons causing uneven density of nylon 66 cord fabric by the equipments and operations, and put forward the prevension measures including keeping same speed of taking up and let - off and readjusting the position of the 4 fingures fork and side needles to improve the cord fabric quality and meet the demands of the customers.
