摘要
以QY20H汽车起重机转台为分析对象,以ANSYS为有限元分析平台,对其强度、刚度进行了有限元计算,掌握了转台最危险工况下的应力分布、变形情况,以达到优化结构、提升产品质量的目的。
By ANSYS, QY20H crane truck turntable is analyzed. Its strength and stiffness was calculated. Working condition of deformation and stress distribution was mastered when turntable is in the most dangerous situation. The goal of structure optimization and quality improve was achieved.
