摘要
介绍了前苏联用碳酸钠处理钙硅渣提取A l2O3的研究和国内氧化铝厂用碳分母液从混合硅渣中提取A l2O3的工业试验。通过试验和分析,说明用碳分母液处理混合渣回收氧化铝,效果有限。硅渣单独烧结工艺使烧结法配料更容易,使强化烧结法优势得到进一步发挥,降低了烧结法系统工艺能耗。
The paper reviewed the research of getting Al2O3 from calcium silica residue with sodium carbonate in former Soviet Union and the pilot test of getting Al2O3 from mixed silica residue with carbonated precipitation spent liquor in China's alumina refinery. The test and analysis shows that the effect is limited when alumina is recovered from mixed silica residue with carbonated precipitation spent liquor. However, single silica residue Sintering process makes the proportioning easier,which develops the Intensified sinterlng process and reduces the energy consumption.
